The community is invited to the flute and piccolo recital of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ senior Kayla Vande Zande. The free recital will be held on Friday, November 10, at 7:30 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.

Recital repertoire includes La flûte de Pan by Jules Mouquet; Doppler’s Duettino Hongrois, a duet featuring ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ senior Allie Strong of Mitchell, South Dakota; and the solo piccolo piece Concerto in Do Maggiore by Vivaldi. Vande Zande will be accompanied by ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ senior Karli Vreugdenhil of Orange City, Iowa.

Vande Zande, of Hamilton, Michigan, is majoring in Elementary Education with a Music Endorsement. She has studied flute with adjunct instructor Stephanie Kocher since 2020, and she plays flute and piccolo in the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Wind Symphony.
